DESCRIPTION:Sunday Divisions: Juniors and Co-ed AA\, A\, B\nDeadlines\nCO-ED DIVISIONS: DEADLINE 9 a.m. EASTERN TIME Friday prior to event.  PLEASE REGISTER EARLY and there will be NO ISSUES! If you decide to register on site of the event\, there are NO GUARANTEES that you will get a spot in the event. ANY LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE $110 \nJUNIOR DIVISIONS: DEADLINE 9 a.m. Friday prior to event. $90  PLEASE REGISTER EARLY and there will be NO ISSUES! If you wish to register on site\, there are NO GUARANTEES that you will be able to play. ANY LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE $110 \nIn the event of inclement weather\, Saturday play may need to play on Sundays when space is available. \n Check in is 7:30 -8 a.m. \nPool play Format: \nFour team pools will play games to 25\nFive team pools will play games to 21 \nDivisions with 2 pools:  Top three teams advance to single elimination bracket. \nDivisions with 3 or more pools:  Top two teams advance to single elimination bracket. \nJunior format: \nStarting May 3rd. 2018 \nJunior play will be as follows;\nPool play followed by a single elimination tournament. \nDrop/Refund Policy – Two weeks prior to the event = 100% refund. Within two weeks of the event = 0% refund. \nRain/Weather Cancellation Policy – In the event that the competition is cancelled by the Tour Director due to weather\, (before the respective event begins) teams will be offered a credit for a future event only. Teams must be present at the event to receive a credit for the cancelled event. No refunds will be offered if a future event remains on the schedule\, regardless of the location. No refunds or credits will be offered to any team that decides not to attend the respective event. In the event that a competition that has already started gets delayed or rained out\, no refunds will be offered. Teams will be afforded an opportunity to find a safe place to wait on a restart. If teams decide to depart before an event restarts\, they will not be entitled to receive any refund of their entry fees.

DESCRIPTION:Information:\nBVNE/FBVT hosting the GNBV Virtual Video Showcase at Pompano Beach in Florida January 2-3\, 2021 U12’s-U18’s  (U12’s is a non showcase division) \nSome College coaches will NOT be in attendance due to current NCAA rules\, however the schools listed have confirmed they will be tuning in to our “Get Noticed Beach Volleyball” YouTube Channel.  Please make sure you contact the coaches you are interested in once you are signed up to let them know you are playing and they can tune in.  College coaches will be sent a BracketPal link for the tournament and the link to all our YouTube videos the night before so they can follow along. (you need your login information in order to enter scores in BracketPal). \nSpecial VIDEO Instructions \nWhen both teams are ready to play you will report to the video camera.  The first player will announce to the camera the division and pool number. Each team will take a turn to state their last name and graduation year\, while maintaining six feet distance from the other team. \nAt the end of each game the winning team will go back to the camera and report the final score by saying your last names and the score\, such as “Smith and Jones won 21-18” and then wave to our team so we can prepare the camera for the next team. \nPLEASE ALLOW 72 HOURS FOR VIDEO TO START SHOWING UP ON BRACKETPAL AND YOUTUBE. \nCOLLEGE COACHES WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH LINKS TO BOTH YOUTUBE AND BRACKETPAL FOR VIEWING. \nALL ATHLETES WILL RRECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH A LINK TO DOWNLOAD ALL UNEDITED VIDEO.
